The management reserves the right to accept, refuse or stop any advertisement without assigning any reason whatsoever thereof. |

The management will not be responsible for advertisement material lost or damaged in transit or damaged during processing at our end.

All instructions must be clear and specific, quoting reference of the previous/current release order and scheduled dates of insertions in respect of which the instructions are given. |

In case of dispute, the agency shall not be entitled to invoke any condition suggestive of existence of an arbitration agreement unless specifically agreed to by the management.

The management reserves the right to revise the rates and terms and conditions without any prior notice. |

The authenticity of the matter released is the sole responsibility of the advertiser |

Courts only in Chandigarh, shall have the jurisdiction to entertain and decide all disputes and terms |
